The sourcing, automation, corrections and disclosure standards applied to Hunt Planner reporting.

Original value first

Articles must add analysis from Hunt Planner's own structured records, comparisons or maps. They are not published merely to restate search results or forum posts.

AI assistance

AI may help select candidates, locate sources, structure research, draft language and run consistency checks. Every published article discloses that assistance. Numerical claims must trace to the linked Hunt Planner record or a cited source, and the automated workflow must skip publication when verification fails.

Hunter reports

Forum and social posts are attributed, linked and described as anecdotal. A single account is never presented as consensus. Hunt Planner does not publish private messages, personal information or precise locations that appear to expose another hunter's nonpublic spot.

Updates

Evergreen hunt profiles are updated at stable URLs. Published dates are not changed merely to make old material appear fresh; a modified date reflects a substantive correction or data update.
